Offerings

Ways we can work together.

Every engagement starts the same way: "Okay. Show me how you're doing it now." From there, we pick the shape of help that fits, whether that's one project or an ongoing partnership.

Systems Audit

For established businesses that have DIY'd their systems until DIY stopped being efficient.

"I know this could work better. I just don't know what I should actually do."

What you get

  • A walkthrough of how work gets done, with the people doing it
  • A review of your CRM, tools, automations and software spend
  • A clear keep / fix / cut / add recommendation for every system
  • A prioritized roadmap you can act on, with or without me

A good fit if: you suspect you're paying for tools you don't use, or doing work by hand that a system should be doing.

Make it work

CRM Implementation & Optimization

For teams whose CRM is either brand new, half set up, or quietly being worked around.

"Why doesn't this system work?"

What you get

  • Setup or cleanup in Salesforce, HubSpot, the system you already have, or the system we arrive at together through my Selection Workshop
  • Pipelines, data model and fields designed around your real process
  • Reporting and dashboards that answer the questions you actually ask
  • Training and documentation so your team actually adopts it

A good fit if: your CRM should be the center of your business, but right now it's a glorified address book.

Stop doing it by hand

Automation & Integrations

For businesses where people are copy-pasting between tools, chasing follow-ups and re-entering the same data three times.

"Why can't these tools talk to each other?"

What you get

  • Integrations that connect your CRM, forms, scheduling, billing and ops tools
  • Automated follow-ups, handoffs, reminders and notifications
  • Zapier, native workflows and AI, used where they genuinely help
  • Documentation of what runs where, so nothing is a mystery later

A good fit if: you've ever said "why the heck are we still doing this manually?"

Where it all leads

Ongoing Systems Partner

For growing businesses that have outgrown DIY systems but don't need, or want, a full internal systems team.

"I need someone who understands this stuff so I don't have to carry all of it."

What you get

  • A standing systems person who already knows your business
  • New automations, tweaks and fixes as your business evolves
  • Help onboarding new employees, launching new services and changing processes
  • A trusted answer to "Do we actually need this software?" before you buy it

A good fit if: you want institutional systems knowledge without making an internal hire.

Questions

Good questions to ask a systems person.

Do you only work with Salesforce or HubSpot?

No. Salesforce, HubSpot and Zapier are areas of deep expertise, not products I need to sell. If a different tool is the right fit for your business, that's what I'll recommend.

Are you going to make us migrate?

Probably not. My first question is always "Can we make what you already have work?" Migrations are sometimes the right call, but they're never the default.

What size businesses do you work with?

Usually established small businesses of roughly 5 to 30 people: founders who've outgrown DIY systems and spreadsheets, and the operations folks who somehow ended up owning the CRM.

Will I be working with you, or a team?

Me. The person who learns your business is the person who designs the solution, builds it, supports it and remembers it six months later.

Not sure which offering fits?

That's what the first call is for. Tell me what's going on and we'll figure out the right shape together.

Not sure where to start? Start with a conversation.

Tell me what's not working. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help, and what I'd do first.
