Small, contained changes: a new field or property, a tweak to a workflow, a new automation, a report or dashboard, fixing something that broke, or getting a new hire set up. If something turns into a bigger build, I’ll tell you up front and we’ll scope it separately. What happens on our calls? Whatever is most useful right now: reviewing what’s working, planning what’s next, walking your team through changes, or answering “do we actually need this software?” before you buy it. How does email support work? Send questions as they come up between calls. No need to save everything for the next meeting. How is this different from a project? Projects like audits, implementations and migrations have a defined scope and finish line. Ongoing support is for everything after: keeping your systems running, making small improvements and having someone to ask. Which plan should I pick? If you’re changing things often, hiring, or have projects in motion, monthly is the better fit. If your systems are mostly running and you want a regular check-in, quarterly is usually plenty.
